Oleandro apartment

Located on the ground floor, Oleandro offers two people a beautiful and spacious terrace. It includes a bedroom with bathroom (shower) and a living room. The kitchen in a separate room is fully equipped with the necessary. The apartment is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Area of 45 square meters, two beds, internet WiFi, heating; kitchen supplies: electric stove, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator. A washing machine for laundry is available. Sheets and towels are provided.

Pets are not allowed.

Prices and availability

Fattoria Cerbaia receives from March 1 to November 30, weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
We do not prepare breakfast or meals. The kitchens in the apartments are very well equipped.
We speak Italian, French, German and English.

Rent extends from Saturday from 3:00 pm to the following Saturday at 10:00 am.
The price includes water, electricity, gas, bed linen, bath towels and final cleaning.

Services on request:

  • extra bed (one place): 80 € /week
  • children’s bed: 50 € /week
  • additional cleaning on request: 15 € / hour
