The Fattoria Cerbaia is a beautiful stone building set on a hillside. You will find yourself immersed in nature to live a few days at the rhythm of Tuscany.
Apartments
We rent in the complex two apartments, located inside the farm and integrated with the manor house, adjacent to the cellar.
They harmoniously combine comfort and authenticity and are a great starting point to go and explore the wonders of Tuscany: the renowned landscapes of this fascinating region, architecture, art, gastronomy, viticulture and so much more.
During your stay we will be happy to accompany you for a visit to the farm and its cellars.
You can taste and buy all the products of the property on site, to bring home the flavors of your stay in Cerbaia.
There is an e-charging station for electric cars in the parking lot.
Oleandro
Located on the ground floor, Oleandro offers two people a beautiful and spacious terrace. It includes a bedroom with bathroom (shower) and a living room. The kitchen in a separate room is fully equipped with the necessary.
The apartment is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Area of 45 square meters, two beds, internet WiFi, heating; kitchen supplies: electric stove, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator. A washing machine for laundry is available. Sheets and towels are provided.
Glicine
Glicine, on the ground floor, includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bathtub), living room, kitchen and spacious terrace with pergola for four people.
Area of 85 square meters, 4 beds, WiFi internet, heating, kitchen supplies: induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator. A washing machine for laundry is available. Sheets and towels are provided.
The pool
The swimming pool, below the buildings, offers a panoramic view that dominates most of the olive groves and hills, until you can see San Gimignano in the distance.
Terracotta contours, garden and wooden floors, shade and sun...all environments that allow you to enjoy the charming space surrounding the large pool (16x6m).
The pool is not supervised. It remains open from May 1st to October 31st.
The barbecue area
For our guests we have reserved a barbecue corner in the garden where you can prepare the famous Florentine steak, bruschetta (toasted bread with olive oil) or grilled vegetables! A small dining table in the near the grill allows you to enjoy the food directly on the spot without losing even a minimum of flavor.
